Thirumurugan and Bharathvaj had both watched the same thing happen too many times: an AI pilot that wowed a room, then quietly broke the first time it met a real system, a real edge case, a real person waiting on an answer. GOFTUS started as an answer to that.
No committee to please and no deck to sell, just a shared conviction that a small business deserved AI that held up under real work, not just a good pitch.
The earliest products were modest, and a few of them broke in ways nobody had planned for. Each failure taught us something a case study never could.
